5YEAR LIMITEDWARRANTY
Innovative Products Unlimited, Inc. warrants the original purchaser of this product against defects in workmanship and or
materials for a period of 5 years from the date of the original purchase. This warranty extends to pipe and fittings and does
not extend to non-durable components such as casters, seats, and fabric which are subject to normal wear and replacement
and are warranted for 2 years.
This device was built to precise standards and is carefully inspected prior to shipment. This 5 year warranty is an
expression of our confidence in the materials and workmanship of our products.
If the product should become defective within the warranty period, we will elect to repair it or to replace it free of
charge. If we choose to repair it, the product must be shipped to us in a clean and sanitary condition. Unsanitary
products will be returned untouched at your cost. We will return your repaired product, transportation charges
prepaid, provided it is delivered prepaid to the address listed below.
This warranty does not apply if the damage occurs because of accident, improper handling or operation, shipping damage,
abuse, misuse, or unauthorized repairs made or attempted. Casters so designated by IPU to be rust free are warranted not to
rust. If such casters show rust and are returned to IPU, they will be replaced at no charge.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND EXCLUDES ALL LIABILITY
FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
